Starley & Sutton Co. was an English bicycle manufacturing partnership founded in 1877 by John Kemp Starley and William Sutton. It went on to build the safety bicycle and, rebranded Rover from 1883, evolved into the Rover Cycle Company Ltd by the late 1890s.
