Road vehicles propelled by human muscle power alone, chiefly the bicycle in its historical and modern forms, plus other pedal- or hand-propelled road vehicles such as the pulled rickshaw. Belongs here: bicycles of any era, including milestone designs, and human-powered rickshaws. Does not belong here: powered two- and three-wheelers such as motorcycles and auto rickshaws, which are grouped separately once an engine is added, or sledges and other non-wheeled human- or animal-powered vehicles, grouped under animal- and human-powered overland vehicles.
